Why an eSIM

Keep your attention for the place, not the setup.

A travel eSIM lets a compatible, carrier-unlocked phone connect without swapping a physical SIM. Prepare it before departure, keep your home line available and arrive with one practical task already handled.

01

Receive it digitally

Your eventual order will deliver an installation QR code—no airport counter or physical card required.

02

Install on Wi-Fi

Add the eSIM before departure, but wait to select it for cellular data until the activation instructions say so.

03

Connect on arrival

Choose the eSIM for mobile data and enable data roaming if the supplier instructions require it.

Before you buy

Check the exact phone model.

Your device must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. Compatibility can vary by model number and sales region—even within the same phone family.

Good to know

Answers before checkout.

Does the eSIM include a Chinese phone number?

No. The sample CUniq travel plans shown here are data-only and do not include ordinary local voice calls or SMS.

When should I install and activate it?

Install while you have reliable Wi-Fi. Activation timing can affect validity, so follow the final plan’s instructions and normally switch the line on only when you arrive.

Can I hotspot my connection?

Hotspot support depends on the final plan and device. It must be confirmed in the supplier terms before purchase.

Can I buy a plan now?

Not yet. Plan selection works, but the purchase step is intentionally a frontend-only placeholder and cannot create an order or take payment.
